Junior Front End Developer

House of Kaizen is searching for a Junior Front End Developer to join its Digital Customer Experience (CX) department.
Your core responsibility will be the delivery of individual A/B, multivariate tests and personalisation experiences. You will also contribute to the building and management of large ecommerce websites. You will work on global brands across the publishing, retail, health, travel and digital industries.
You will need to be a curious team player that is willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed. The role will require you to juggle multiple projects, step in and out of numerous clients, and determine when a task requires heavy lifting or a quick fix.
Your work will directly improve the usability, user journey and, ultimately, the commercial performance of our clients’ websites and applications.
The development team contribute to the solution design, give input on the changes, and are responsible for the building and deployment of those changes in test variations - so you actually get to see the impact of your work, live, in numbers.

You will join a team of developers and collaborate with optimisation specialists, researchers, designers, copywriters and project managers.
Skills & Experience Required
- Agency experience highly beneficial
- Experience of site builds
- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML/HTML 5
- Ability to write cross browser CSS/CSS3
- PHP and SASS/LESS experience are also beneficial
