Digital Project Manager (Mid-Weight)
CX | London, United Kingdom | Full Time
House of Kaizen is searching for a Mid-weight Digital Project Manager to join its Digital Customer Experience (CX) department.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end, day-to-day management and servicing of client accounts, with flawless delivery and execution at the core of your call of duty. Your role will require you to collaborate, manage and deliver strategic, creative and technical work contributed by all teams within the business. You will ensure it is delivered within budget, within timeframe and to the best, industry-leading standard of quality.
All of our CX work is driven by insights produced by our in-house research and strategy teams who, in turn, produce 1-2 year ‘big picture’ testing roadmaps that deliver huge conversion uplift, consumer retention, and financial successes for our clients.
Your priority will be to ensure the work we produce for your client is to the highest standard and delivered to its specification, on time and on budget. You will run client stakeholder management and work with the internal Strategy, Research, Tech and Creative teams to produce innovative briefs which you will turn into well-formed and efficient project plans.
Your expertise will allow you to see these projects all the way to the finish line, from gathering all the requirements from the client and internal teams, to booking resource time with the production studio, overseeing deliverables, seeking client approvals and ensuring the work is of the highest quality and we are meeting the deadlines.
The work you’ll be managing will range from small (landing pages, email campaigns) to large (the full management and control of a client’s website content, design and code). You will also be expected to be a core contributor and innovator to the operational running of the department, improve our workflow and optimise our internal processes.
The team around you
You will report into the CX Digital Operations Manager, as well as working in partnership with the Strategy team. You will also collaborate with the team leads from Research, Tech and Creative to manage the production of work.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for project management, enjoy making teams work well together, and excel at identifying and solving problems. This role requires someone who sees challenges as opportunities.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of working in a similar environment as a Project Manager, be knowledgeable on a wide range of project management processes, and have experience working with strategic, creative and technical teams. While experience is essential, we hire primarily on drive and attitude. If you think you’ve got what it takes – show us what you’ve got!
