Trainer Sales Associate Job Description:

The TSA will work 30-35 hours a week and work every Saturday (hours of operation below)

Staffed Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
• Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm
• Saturdays 11:00am-4:00pm

Duties:

• Must love talking to people and engaging with members
• Thrives in a sales commission environment
• Making outbound calls to leads
• Strong work ethnic
• Maintain a clean and organized studio
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Career growth potentials into management and/or leadership

Requirements: -

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Gym experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Have a valid drivers license & operable vehicle (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Gym, wellness, or holistic sales experience preferred

Work Location: In person onsite at studio location
