HOTWORX is coming to the area and we are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for fitness and the desire to succeed in a membership sales environment. We are looking to fill key positions immediately. General Manager and Sales Associates.

 

What is a HOTWORX Studio? It is a 24hour Infrared Fitness Studio that delivers to its members 3 dimensions of training. By combining exercise (dimension 1) with both infrared energy (dimension 2) and heat (dimension 3) plus having the exercise guidance delivered by a virtual instructor available to you 24/7, you get the most convenient and effective method of torching calories, toning up and flushing toxins to name just a few benefits.

The variety and workout combinations available to members is extraordinary and unmatched with any traditional gym or fitness center.  This concept is truly making fitness history!   HOTWORX Studio offers 24-hour access and unlimited isometric exercise sessions including HOT PILATES, HOT CORE, HOT BUNS, HOT YOGA to name a few plus HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions using cycles (stationary bikes) and row machines to add depth and variety to your workouts. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels!

 

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Contribute to 5 star online ratings at all times due to interaction and experiences provided to members and guests.  

Contribute to studio sales goals by working both independently and as a team player to achieve sales and prospecting goals that will drive in new guest traffic and convert guests into happy members by adhering to sales training and best practices. 

Complete all assigned training both online and on the job to improve skills and knowledge regularly. 

Assist members and guests in the studio with questions, motivational support,  product sales suggestions to enhance each member visit. 

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure that every guest and member visit is exceptional. 

General Manager specific duties: (in addition to above) 

Coach, lead and inspire sales staff to meet and exceed sales and customer experience goals.  

Develop and execute marketing and brand awareness strategies to drive in new guest traffic and sales.  Including but not limited to corporate membership sales, lead box program, working events, and promotions.  

Effectively recruit and onboard new sales staff members as needed. 

Must be flexible to meet a minimum of 40 hour work week.

Communicate daily with the owner on key metrics relative to sales, marketing, prospecting, social media advertising for optimal performance.  

Be able to generate and compile sales and marketing reports to review daily with owners.  Moderate to strong technical skills (computer related) necessary.  

Complete general staff management functions including but not limited to:   Creating staff schedules, compiling payroll and commission reports, holding staff meetings and training.  

Handle any customer relations challenges with ease and professionalism in a timely manner. 

Compensation:

"Competitive" base salary for General Manager plus bonus and commission plan.

$11.00 per hour for sales associates plus commissions and bonus plan,
