Studio Sales Manager

HOTWORX Asheville - Biltmore is seeking a full-time Studio Sales Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and ensure an exceptional experience for every member. HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts in a heated environment. Our unique concept combines the benefits of infrared heat with exercise to help members achieve more results in less time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day studio operations and sales performance

  • Achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals

  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team

  • Build community relationships and promote the HOTWORX brand locally

  • Oversee social media and marketing initiatives

  • Manage staff schedules, studio cleanliness, and customer experience

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ownership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years in sales and/or fitness studio, retail, or hospitality management

  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and team leadership

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for fitness and wellness

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary of $40,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
