About the Job:

The Retail Customer Success Manager creates and executes marketing strategies and initiatives that drive traffic to local dispensaries, and build brand awareness.

  • Create and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that drive traffic to local dispensaries and build brand awareness

  • Liaison between local and national teams for product and brand launches

  • Gather local social content

  • Create and approve texting/email messages

  • Identify local marketing event and activation opportunities

  • Participate and assist in staffing local events

  • Create and update marketing templates for in-store product specific collateral

  • Assist with creating promotions for each store in each market

  • Run velocity reports on products to build data-driven promotions

  • Rollout new Liberty programs and collateral in stores – e.g., Liberty Rewards, etc.

  • Partner with Liberty Cannabis Cares team on outreach opportunities

  • Assist with ongoing merchandising upkeep and seasonal changes

  • Assist with responding to reviews and BPO tickets as needed

  • Oversee menu aesthetics, customer review reporting, assist Communication Leads with gathering third-party images, descriptions, and posting promotions

About You:  


  • Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must be willing to travel (50%+)

  • 2+ years of marketing & promotional experience

Technological Skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
