About the Job:

The Marketing Brand Manager (of Wholesale and Franchise Partnerships) position will play a key role in managing and executing the go-to market strategy for the Holistic Industries Greenhouse of Brands, in direct support of Wholesale and Franchise brand awareness. The person in this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Greenhouse of Brands marketing initiatives supporting Wholesale/Franchise, and provide support for raising national brand awareness for the Greenhouse of Brands. 

The Brand Manager role manages and executes robust marketing & branding efforts. This person will be involved in pre-launch and launch marketing brand campaign efforts, coordinating closely between wholesale and franchise management and the media and creative teams for asset creation and management. The Brand Manager is an expert at identifying the right messaging / content and amplifying it across touchpoints. 

The ideal candidate is cannabis market conversant, accountable, self-motivated, and a great problem solver.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand wholesale and franchise marketing initiatives 

  • Wholesale brand collateral: Responsible for partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all wholesale marketing assets (ex. sales presentations, pop-up events, displays, merch, swag, brochures, and email communications) are completed on time and on budget  

  • Partner with agencies from kick-off to completion on asset development and provide weekly status updates to Sales Operations Manager 

  • Brand Asset Management: Maintain wholesale and franchise asset management tools by ensuring regular content refreshes in collaboration with Sales Customer Success Manager 

Responsible for the day-to-day support of raising national brand awareness for the Greenhouse of Brands 

  • Responsible for partnering with agencies to ensure all brand media assets (ex. Digital, print, photography, video, etc.) are completed on time and on budget  

  • Ensure brand.coms are optimized for media performance and consumer experience to drive to wholesale dispensaries 

  • Event assets: Coordinate with Director of Events and execute assets for national/regional brand events based on established goals, objectives and implementation plans.   

  • Reporting: Monthly KPI and budget status communication to manager.  

Liberty Retail: Coordination with the Brand Manager, Retail & Events for the representation of the Greenhouse of Brands within Liberty Retail 

  • Physical Requirements of the Job: Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones. May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. 

About You:  


  • Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state marijuana licensing regulations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business  

  • 3+ years in marketing  

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Knowledgeable in all areas of marketing, including the ability to develop and implement measurable marketing programs 

  • Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives 

  • Proven to be accountable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate 

  • Cannabis market conversant   

  • Creative thinking and flexibility – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline-sensitive and detail-oriented 

  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp or comparable email client 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 

  • Strong attention to detail, highly motivated, self-directed, and innovative 

  • Analytical skills to support data analysis, program and channel effectiveness, and pipeline analysis 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
