About the Job:

  • The Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of day-to-day cannabis grow and production facility operations and staff. Responsible for leading, monitoring, and analyzing current systems and procedures of operations and production logistics to ensure effectiveness. Position often acts as a liaison between other company members, including managers of different areas of the organization.

     Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Moderate to loud exposure to noise level. Warehouse environment with artificial light.

About You

  • Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a fingerprinting background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Cannabis experience preferred

  • Contract negotiation experience

 Technological Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

 Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to simultaneously see and address the big picture, as well as the finer details is imperative

  • Leadership, including delegation and the ability to perform well under pressure

  • Proven efficiency and ability to prioritize and manage time and task for self and others
