Client Success Manager


Job Summary:

The Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients post sale and implementation of their products.  The Client Success Manager provides guidance and recommendations to clients throughout contract terms to ensure product adoption, client satisfaction and renewal.


We are currently hiring a Client Success Manager to work in the following office:

  • Cincinnati, OH

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Set and manage client expectations by attending initial client kick off meetings
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Develop and help close sales opportunities
  • Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Specialist on product set-ups for clients
  • Conduct high level product demonstrations to clients
  • Ensure high level of client’s satisfaction and builds loyalty to ensure contract renewal
  • Follow team procedures and works
  • Alert management of at-risk accounts and provides follow up to outstanding items
  • Work alongside sales team members to identify new opportunities and solidify client renewals


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service/account management experience
  • Minimum of bachelors degree
