Client Success Manager

 

 

Job Summary

The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients post sale and implementation of their products.  The Client Success Manager provides guidance and recommendations to clients throughout contract terms to ensure product adoption, client satisfaction and renewal.

We are currently hiring a Client Success Manager in the following locations:

  • Arlington, VA
  • Cincinnati, OH

 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day client interaction
  • Sets and manages client expectations by attending initial client kick off meetings
  • Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
  • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Develops and help close sales opportunities
  • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
  • Coordinates with the Implementation Specialist on product set ups for clients
  • Conducts high level product demonstrations to clients
  • Ensures high level of client’s satisfaction and builds loyalty to ensure contract renewal.
  • Follows team procedures and works
  • Alerts management of at-risk accounts and provides follow up to outstanding items
  • Works alongside sales team members to identify new opportunities and solidify client renewals

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service/account management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
