Office Administrator

Administration | Folsom, CA | Full Time and Part Time

Job Description

HMA Architecture, Inc. is well established residential architecture firm located in Folsom, Ca. A diverse team with 30 years of industry experience on projects ranging from master planned single and family and multifamily developments to high end luxury estates. We are currently seeking an experienced office administrator. Duties include; supporting the management team with clerical duties, assisting with human resources tasks, assisting with company financial recording keeping and payroll, as well as general office management duties.

Experience with the following software is required; Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox.

Office administrator position will have direct contact with company clients and employees, a friendly and confident demeanor is essential. Must be comfortable taking phone calls and must be comfortable working with limited instruction and supervision. This position will require a person that is comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
