Growing hospitality management company seeks Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle A/P processing, with a volume of 300+ invoices per week for multiple companies
• Be familiar with approval levels and ensure that the appropriate level has been secured prior to processing
• Make sure that the company is taking the appropriate credits and discounts
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations
• Perform weekly check runs and wire transfers as necessary
• Process check requests
• Process credit card payments and reconciliations
• Preparing monthly reconciliation for merchandise inventory, accounts payable and certain general ledger accounts
• Proven ability to meet weekly and monthly deadlines 


Competencies:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with vendors and various internal departments
• Accurate, detail oriented, and professional attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, accurately execute multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines
• Must be a quick learner and self-starter, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Must have a cooperative attitude
• Must be a positive team player
• Must have the ability to follow-up
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Education and/or Experience:
• Approximately 1-3 years of experience with full cycle AP
• Minimum of a high school diploma
• High-volume data-entry
