The Role : Solutions Principal - Germany (Pre Sales)

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Principal/Engineer to work alongside our passionate Central European sales team. The German office is located in Frankfurt
  • As a Solutions Engineer, you will be required to partner with Account Executives to manage sales cycles with strategic accounts.
  • To ensure success as a Solutions Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of SaaS, passion for sales, and good communications skills
  • A successful HighRadius Solutions Engineer drives Sales by aligning the value proposition of our solutions to the Customer's needs with the ultimate outcome of delivering value.

Key Responsibilities

  • A successful HighRadius Solutions Engineer drives Sales by aligning the value proposition of our solutions to the Customer's needs with the ultimate outcome of delivering value.
  • Conducting detailed process reviews/assessments with companies A/R departments
  • Presenting demonstrations of the solution
  • Developing Digital transformation roadmaps with key stakeholders
  • Working on Pricing strategy and developing business case with prospects
  • Strategizing on the key steps of sales cycle with AEs
  • Leading architecture and integration discussion during sales stage
  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders from product, consulting and marketing peers to enable efficient sales activities 

Requirements:

  • SaaS experience
  • Business-grade German language skills 
  • At Least two years of Client facing role experience
  • Order to Cash experience is highly desirable
  • Financial Supply Chain experience is desirable
  • Strong problem solving skills for complex customer business challenges
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create big-picture transformation pitch
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
  • High motivation and Grit
