Solution Engineer - Treasury

HighRadius is looking for our next experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our growing US Treasury sales team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to manage sales cycles with strategic accounts. A successful Solutions Engineer will use in-depth knowledge of SaaS treasury management applications, passion for sales, and communication skills to help drive treasury revenue by aligning the value proposition of our solutions to our prospective customer's needs.
Your Day to Day:
Drive sales process by aligning the value proposition of our solutions to our prospective customer's needs with the ultimate outcome of demonstrating and delivering value.
Conduct detailed process reviews and assessments with prospective customer's Treasury departments
Present demonstrations of our treasury solutions and develop digital transformation roadmaps with key stakeholders
Work on pricing strategy and developing business case with prospects
Strategize on the key steps of sales cycle with Account Executives
Lead architecture and integration discussion during sales process
Partnering with internal stakeholders from product, consulting and marketing peers to enable efficient sales
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of Solution Principal or Solution Engineering experience with a SaaS company required
Treasury management application domain knowledge is highly preferred
Ability to communicate value to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 accounts
Proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills for complex customer business challenges
