Senior Curriculum Manager

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to manage and design projects for training development initiatives, monitor progress, and document and execute processes for content maintenance, auditing, localization, and translation. This role has a critical responsibility in ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely way and with a high bar for quality, and that the curriculum content stays fresh and relevant for a global audience. You will work with a team of training specialists to assist in planning, designing, and evaluating content using multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual training.

Design and implement methodologies, policies, and procedures.
Have strong project management and communication skills so that stakeholders, teammates and leadership understand timelines and milestones.
Have prior experience in curriculum management, instructional design, and adult learning.
Work closely with employees of all levels who will act as subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and maintain curricula for Highradians and Partners.
Be comfortable working autonomously to analyze program needs and manage curriculum projects.
Collaborate with product, sales, support, marketing, customer value, HR, and training teams to seek to understand our employees and partners needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery of the right content at the right time.
Actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Partner with the Learning Services team to ensure efficient development of engaging training content in multiple formats and modalities .
Manage the production, editing, and instructional design of all courses .
Define and execute a content development strategy for multiple modalities, products and specific audiences.
Develop the vision and roadmap over multiple quarters of curriculum evolution, release and cadence .
Research new training techniques and work with teams to make enhancements to existing training programs through industry involvement and engagement.
Develop reporting structure (Build Plan) for stakeholders to show development timelines, dependencies, and risk/mitigations.
Consistently monitor and implement feedback on materials and improvement to courses.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical industry work experience (5+ years').
5+ years of experience leading a curriculum development team and function within a SaaS business that is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Outstanding collaboration and decision-making capability
Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills
Proven results through data-driven monitoring and reporting
Exceptional program and project management skills across multiple projects at a time
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-20% of the time
Excellent presence with effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting and collaborating with clients, vendors, staff, and internal business partners
Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion.
