This is more than just another Sales Development role - the SDR will be the first face of our company who will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities, engaging and building relationships with potential customers. S/he will qualify marketing leads as sales opportunities and educate them about our high-end, robust and scalable SaaS products that can boost their top-line revenue growth and profitability. Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to qualify and convert leads from different marketing campaigns into sales opportunities at the initial stages in the sales funnel
Outbound Activities: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
Product Demos: Willingness to learn and understand our products and positioning our company and solutions effectively to stimulate engagement with sales
Consultative Sales: Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services by taking a consultative sales approach and scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the sales team
Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives across EMEA region to provide in-depth information to enable most qualified and effective demos
Market Research: Own the research which would feed into the outreach planning for targeted companies by capturing Organization Structure, AR Department Changes, Quarterly Results etc
Stakeholder Connect: Own relationship with key stakeholders like VP Finance, CXO’s, Treasurers of target companies through various digital modes including LinkedIn. Help Highradius in building a strong digital network of connected and engaged prospects
Value Engineering: Own the ROI-model creation and industry benchmarking for named accounts. Perform competitive research, track DSO savings, DDO Savings and identify the best in class savings
CRM Management: Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce
Proven track record as sales development representative and over-achieving quarterly and annual sales targets

Highly organized, self-motivated and must be willing to be a part of the high-velocity sales development function
Strong cross functional collaboration experience - able to work with different functions effectively and for overall benefit to the business
Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and operational skills
Passion for education
Written and speaking proficiency in Dutch and English.
