Invoice to Cash Process Consultant

Job Summary:

Our consulting organization is looking for an Invoice-to-Cash Process Consultant to join a newly created team that is focused on digital transformation in the Office of the CFO, with a focus on our top clients. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, resilient, expert in the invoice to cash process, and will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.  This role serves as the process expert of the overall Invoice-to-Cash domain responsible for understanding clients’ business objectives, requirements, pain points, and process simplification opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating and partnering with Business unit leaders and Invoice-to-Cash teams to drive business process improvements discussions

• Providing SME knowledge for Invoice-to-Cash process

• Understanding the client’s current state Invoice-to-Cash business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities 

• Building business cases to quantify the cost and value of process opportunities

• Facilitate design options discussions with clients to provide best in class solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 5+ years of expertise in Invoice-to-Cash process areas such as collection, credit, deduction and cash application

• Proven experience in driving major process redesign efforts 

• Ability to communicate value to Business unit leaders 

• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation skills

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university)
