Summary:

The Director of Consulting will play a key leadership role on the Consulting team by building effective client relationships, managing multiple complex projects to completion and developing a high performing team. This role will become a trusted adviser to our customers and will deliver the highest customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is able to continually improve our methodology and develop best in class processes. S/he will be a dynamic leader that fosters a collaborative environment and has a track record of rallying teams to success.

Essential duties of the position:

  • Lead the implementation services for assigned clients
  • Implementation scoping and estimating
  • Build client relationships
  • Manage project resources and deliverables
  • Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed
  • Assist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projects
  • Understanding in Business processes and system architecture
  • Manage 5-10 clients at any given time

Desired requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive consulting project management experience
  • Experience in functional or technical role in implementation of large ERP systems is a plus 
  • Independent thinking with keen problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
  • High organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
