Business Operations Partner - Facilities & Procurement

Job Summary:

HighRadius is seeking an exceptional Business Operations Partner for our growing team with a focus on Facilities and Procurement. In this role, you'll work in tandem with the Biz Ops team and other departments and handle a wide variety of activities to help ensure business continuity and a one-of-a-kind experience for our employees. While wearing many hats, from contract management, office management, and procurement, you stand to make a huge impact working with all departments, the leadership team, and other key management teams globally. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys streamlining hectic days, who can jump into the chaos, and thrive in an exciting startup environment.

The ideal "Biz Ops Partner" should be highly motivated to learn all parts of the business and should be extremely organized, detail oriented and a great company ambassador.  You'll also have a passion for supporting our employees and playing an active role in contributing to a positive and ZING-y working environment.  This is a transitional role and based on demonstrated performance the candidate will likely be promoted to critical roles with the company within 1.5 to 2 years.


Facilities Management

  • Manage corporate office environments, office vendors, and management companies.
  • Manage global office leases remotely 
  • Manage and coordinate corporate apartments agreements.

Vendor Management & Financial Modelling

  • Adept at financial modeling and comfortable using MS Excel and Google sheets for various decisions. 
  • Scrappy and very good with numbers, money management (including negotiation) to maximize the bang for the buck.
  • Ability review and manage/organize procurement requests from all departments.

Executive Reporting

  • Create executive level reporting based on employees satisfaction surveys

  • Review and create executive level reports against procurement review and requests

  • Review and report against internal ticketing system metrics and provide strategic policy and process improvements.

Travel & Event Management (Post-COVID)

  • Execute all office procurement activities in coordinating with the Business Operations team.

  • Timely and accurately arrange complex travel for company executives, important visitors and executive candidates, both domestic and international 

  • Need to be very technology savvy in using various calendaring and survey tools for scheduling. 


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of similar experience in a professional environment coordinating business operations

  • Above average Project & Program Management skills

  • Must be poised, professional and love to work hard and have fun while doing it!

  • Knowledgeable of GSuite Office tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Forms. If not, you should be able to pick this up self-service with 60 days of employment.
