Security Systems Operations Lead – Full-Time

$35–$40/hr. | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Do:

Scheduling & Administrative Support

· Schedule Security Systems installations, appointments, and internal team meetings

· Coordinate project training and department events

· Maintain and update the Security Systems job schedule, ensure adequate staffing coverage

· Provide administrative and client-facing support

· Update and maintain accurate data in our CRM

· Prepare materials and track follow-ups from meetings

Procurement & Inventory Coordination

· Create and process purchase orders and sales quotes

· Match and reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and deliveries

· Track and resolve discrepancies in materials or shipments

· Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activity

Project Coordination

· Support Directors and Project Managers with daily operations

· Monitor project tasks, deadlines, deliveries, and expenses

· Set up new Alarm System clients and maintain system records

· Ensure job documentation is completed and submitted accurately and on time

Billing & Technical Support

· Assist with client billing, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks

· Support Alarm System permitting and compliance documentation

· Provide light technical coordination and support

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

· Customer service focused, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and vendors

· Experience in low-voltage, construction, or alarm system industries is strongly preferred

· Familiarity with alarm system permitting processes is a plus

· Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Position | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Competitive hourly rate: $35–$40/hr
