Senior Account Executive

Job Summary: primarily focused on development of new business opportunities and marketing all Hi-Crush products and services. The role will develop new profitable sales through cold calling and development of account strategies to grow Hi-Crush market share with customers based in the Permian Basin.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned areas, develop account specific strategies, and execute to capture sales.
- Market Hi-Crush’s full line of products and services including proppant, logistics, and last mile services to educated customers and grow brand recognition and market share.
- Develop thorough organizational knowledge of customer accounts and work with management team to engage customers at all levels of their organizations.
- Proactively lead contract discussions involving sales management and other team members as required.
- Provide consistent communication of market and account knowledge with other members of the sales organization including sales management.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts as assigned, with a focus on developing additional account contacts within the organizations.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute detailed market information, trends, and issue pertaining to various territories to the sales staff utilizing SalesForce CRM platform.
- Develop detailed, data-driven account and regional strategies and present to management.
- Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Oil & gas related sales experience required (3-5 years)
- Aptitude to learn sales/marketing techniques, technical/operational specifics, and related financial principles.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Proven track record of handling multiple accounts with both tactical and strategic objectives.
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with maintaining and using SalesForce or other CRM systems is a plus
