The Position: Reporting to the Manager Customer Solution we are seeking a Training Administrator to join our Balikpapan team. As a Training Administrator at Hexagon, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of training programs by the Training & Consulting team. You will be instrumental in facilitating the development and enhancement of the skills and knowledge of our team members and clients, enabling them to be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to better utilise of our cutting-edge technology

In addition your role duties my include but not limited to the following responsibilities.

  • Organise and schedule training sessions, ensuring they align with departmental needs and employee availability.
  • Managing training calendars, booking venues or virtual platforms, and communicating training schedules effectively to participants.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support for training activities; maintaining training records, managing training materials and resources, and assisting with complex logistical arrangements, including travel, accommodation, permits, and site access, while considering factors such as distance, transportation options, and local regulations

About you

We are looking for a motivated and driven experienced administrator who is ready for the next step in their career, where your knowledge, skills, experience and passion can be brought to the forefront of your role.

In addition, we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes.

  • Stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ideally Proficiency using LMS systems, specifically for student enrolments, training plans, certification, and attendance administration.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with strong collaboration and teamwork ethos.
  • Strong time management.
  • Must present a positive, professional team player attitude.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Remote internal/external stakeholders support during course delivery, providing solid communication for course scheduling.
