The Position: Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing based in APAC, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our global team, supporting a global portfolio. This position is key to bringing to life the value, benefits, and capability of Hexagon solutions for our customers and regional sales teams.

The Product Marketing Manager is key to bringing to life the value, benefits, and capability of Hexagon solutions for our customers and regional sales teams. This role starts with supporting development of product go-to-market strategies and initiatives and translating them into product marketing plans and content that can be picked up by regional marketing teams for localisation and amplifying. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating sales enablement program and material that is highly professional and supports the targeted product outcomes and clear communication of product capabilities across a wide range of customer personas and users. Being within the mining industry, this role requires the expertise and ability to create product information that is authentic and highly usable for salespeople and mining customers.

This dynamic environment may require availability for meetings in various time zones or international travel throughout the year. Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Sales Process Understanding: Deep knowledge of the sales process to create materials andstrategies that support sales teams effectively
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to work closely with sales teams, ensuringalignment and clear communication of product value propositions.
  • Content Creation:Expertisein developing sales enablement content such as playbooks, trainingmaterials, and sales scripts that resonate with both sales teams and customers
  • Experience in B2B product management or product marketing or equivalent roles to understandthe product lifecycle, go to market and needs of sales channels
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Highly desirable experience in Mining, METS (Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services), or heavy industry to tailor marketing strategies to these sectors


Travel:

  • Potential quarterly travelling required (interstate and international travel) to fulfil this role.


About you

As a Product Marketing Manager, you bring a demonstrated background in managing a diverse portfolio of product line capabilities, with a track record of success in defining and executing strategies for market entry and implementation, ideally within Mining Operational Technology.

You thrive in a global, cross-functional environment, working autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with sales, product, and regional teams.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Industry Knowledge: Highly desirable experience in Mining, METS (Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services, ideally with safety system technology for mining operations.
  • Sales & Marketing Expertise: Experience at a mid to senior level, with a comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to develop impactful sales enablement materials in various formats, tailored to different audiences.
  • B2B Product Management: Solid grasp of the product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and the needs of sales channels.
  • Agility: Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies when needed.
  • Self-Leadership: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-Centric & Solution-Focused: Committed to delivering a seamless customer service lifecycle through partnership and continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and functions.
