Purpose of Position:

The Facility Manager is a member of the Infrastructure and Standards team within the Autonomous Solutions division of Hexagon. The Facility Manager would be responsible for two Hexagon buildings in Tucson, AZ. The Facility Manager ensures a workplace throughout both buildings that is comfortable and productive for every employee. This includes supporting collaborative areas and technology that allow the flow of information and ideas as well as supporting production areas that manufacture state-of-the-art technology.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

As the Facility Manger for Tucson, you will:

• Lead building services in Tucson, including scheduling HVAC maintenance, conducting fire system testing, conducting elevator inspections, and conducting roof inspections.
• Supervise interior furniture repair and installation, and manage interior construction activities, conference room setups, blind settings, pest control, and vetting and escorting cleaners, plumbers and electricians.
• Oversee physical security such as access control, camera systems and guard services.
• Participate and implement initiatives as a member of the Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Continuity committees.

Knowledge and Experience - Required:

• 5 years’ experience in HVAC equipment maintenance
• Experience in monitoring and modifying building management software
• Experience in supervising and evaluating building contractors
• Ability to be on call for building emergencies 24/7

Knowledge and Experience - Desired:

• HVAC certification
• Experience with building security systems
• Basic plumbing skills
• Basic electrician skills
