Team Assistant

Job Description

 

To provide administrative support to the studio's project teams and occasional Personal Assistant duties to the Group Leaders.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a multi-discipline administrative role and have a natural ability to influence, problem-solve and complete tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with one of the studio's Project Managers across various projects, supporting project teams with travel arrangements, budget management, IT issues, timesheet management, meeting schedules and agendas, diary management and document control. In this role, you will work closely with the project teams, Director's office, People team and Studio Experience and ensure the studio's guidelines and high standards are followed.

Individuals should have the flexibility to move between projects and, on occasion, expect to conduct administrative tasks outside of their day-to-day duties. This may be under the direct leadership of the studio's Project Enabling team and other domains.

 

Skills and experience 

2+ years prior administrative experience, ideally within the creative industry

Experience in managing complex diaries & travel arrangements

Pro-active & goal-oriented

Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills
