What we need:

A Vice President Self-Insured Markets to serve as the primary market representative and to sell Healthx services to Third Party Administrators. Provide leadership and support to marketing activities designed to enhance our position as the market leader in the TPA market.


  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets / quotas as defined by Healthx Management
  • Establish self as thought leader in the areas of Third Party Administrative services and the overall utilization of Healthx services to meet their business goals
  • Obtain knowledge of Healthx services, technology and applications and ability to demonstrate that knowledge through prospect presentation and product demonstrations
  • Represent Healthx at industry trade shows
  • Utilize a consultative selling process that provide value to prospects
  • Assist the Healthx inside sales development team in the development of messaging and leadgeneration activities
  • Document sales activities using current Healthx sales management tools
  • Travel as needed for client, prospect and sales meetings, travel is projected to average 50%
  • Assist other Healthx sales team members as needed or required


  • Successful history of complex sales in the Third Party Administrator space
  • Proven ability to present an enterprise technology solution impacting multiple departments within a payer organization
  • Understanding of cloud based technology service models
  • Documented ability to manage multiple projects and sales activities
  • History of utilizing a consultative approach within the sales process
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary team to plan sales activities
