What we need:

Our sales team is looking for a high-performing and energetic Sales professional ready to help us grow by finding, nurturing, and closing opportunities. Experienced, bright, and driven to work with a small, dynamic team to help payers meet big goals. 

Outcomes:

Serve as a primary market representative for the East Region. Demonstrate all behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically prospecting for new business, upsell, and cross-sell within our extensive solutions suite ultimately delivering results against a quota.   • Meet or exceeds sales objectives as assigned
  • Prepare, implement, and execute territory and account management plans
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that measures attainment of sales goals
  • Work strategically with the RVP and Chief Revenue Officer in the assigned territory to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges and provide recommended solutions
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging a pre-sales consultant where necessary
  • Develop relationships with C and VP level executives within assigned accounts and clearly articulate the Healthx value proposition to address their business needs
  • Utilize solution selling techniques to guide sales process to close effectively
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates along with predictable and precise sales forecasts
  • Keep informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities
  • Keep informed of industry trends and feed this information to the Sales, Product Management, Development and Marketing teams, to strengthen the Healthx offering
  • Deliver on-site and online sales presentations and software demos
  • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals
  • Engage the Professional Services team as needed in the sales process to deliver the highest quality product to the customer
  • Actively build product knowledge to ensure a high level of understanding of the Healthx product including any new functionality
  • Travel as needed for client, prospect and sales meetings, travel is projected to average 50% or more
  • Own the executive relationship for all assigned Healthx customers and serve as primary point of contact / escalation to resolve customer issues
  • Meet with assigned customers as needed in accordance with customer tiering plan
  •        

Requirements:

  • History of successful SaaS solution sales in the payer market
  • Proven ability to present an enterprise technology solution impacting multiple departments within a payer organization
  • Understanding of SaaS cloud-based technology service models
  • Ability to provide a consultative approach within the sales process
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to plan sales activities
  • Ability to travel extensively
