What we need:

To deliver high quality implementation and best practice consulting services to Healthx customers. Use Healthx best practices and methodologies to lead customers to meet their business goals and objectives. Be a trusted advisor to internal and external. Solution Consultants require little direction or supervision and are accountable for developing customer solutions, and ensuring that the work performed meets or exceeds contract and service level obligations. They facilitate teams assembled to address a customer’s business problem or need and ensure that the recommended solutions are successfully implemented.  Solution Consultants meet with executives and upper management at customer organizations to understand the customer’s business strategies as well as collaborate with project teams on deliverables.  They collaborate with the Account Management team on customers to identify areas where they can personally assist in improving a customer’s business or introduce a Hx solution that is consistent with and improves the customer’s ability to achieve their strategic objectives.

Outcomes:

 

  • Guide customers to the achievement of a successful result during the implementation of Healthx portal and products
  • Provide recommendations to customers based on Healthx and industry best practices for website portals in the areas of engagement, self-service, and collaboration
  • Identify and analyze internal and customer trends to recommend and implement solutions to gain efficiency and reduce expenses, risk, and increase satisfaction ratings
  • Provide guidance and/or direction concerning the business implications of the application of various systems
  • Conduct solution gap analysis
  • Accurately gather, translate, and document user requirements and designs to serve as functional and technical specifications from which technical solutions can be developed
  • Communicate implementation status, issues, risks and efforts needed to be successful to all stakeholders
  • Work with Sales to scope, estimate and write Statements of Work for new projects
  • Accountable for multiple projects at any given time
  • Support the Healthx customer success culture
  • Services delivery is generally expected to be on-site for 10-25% of the time
  • Meet and exceed department turnaround time service levels
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer and industry trends that may lead to product enhancements necessary to satisfy customer goals and strategies when evaluating solutions and convey that information to the development and product teams
  • Be familiar with customers' portals and lines of business

Competencies:

  • Expert Product Knowledge- Able to demonstrate concepts and solutions
  • Ability to consult with customers to understand business objectives and associated portal solution requirements
  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision to deliver high quality, on time deliverables
  • Ability to guide customers to the best decisions for an overall successful result during a Healthx solution implementation project
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
  • Ability to make presentations to customers
  • Ability to bring best practices to a growing professional services team
  • 5 years senior level Health Plan or TPA operational experience preferred
  • 2 years of experience in the delivery of solution consulting services within a SaaS company
  • Must have Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial experience
