What we need:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting of multiple concurrent Healthx solution implementations for new and existing customers. The Senior Project Manager will guide the customer and Healthx team to a successful implementation by removing any roadblocks, facilitating meetings to complete tasks and objectives on time, and identify any risks/issues that could impact delivery. They will collaborate with multiple departments including services, sales and engineering to ensure project and customer success. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the timeliness of implementation delivery and will lead internal teams and customer to meet project goals and deadlines.  In addition to project leadership, the Senior Project Manager should mentor those around them in aspects of the profession such as leadership, methodology, tools, people skills and navigating politics.  Assist with project reviews, stand ups, training, and leading improvement initiatives.


  • Own overall success of multiple complex projects and customers simultaneously within the portfolio
  • Oversee all project management aspects from proposal, inception and cost estimation stages through delivery by expected go-live date
  • Ensure team is executing according to project plans by managing and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver against the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Play a key role in managing the customer relationship by communicating project progress and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop, maintain and consistently monitor detailed project plan via project manager software tool
  • Develop and deliver weekly status reports defined by the Healthx implementation methodology
  • Define and lead meetings to accomplish project task and objectives efficiently
  • Collect and compile meeting documents to distribute both internally and to customer
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency
  • plans and escalate to the necessary and appropriate team members and stakeholders
  • Follow standard project and software development methodologies
  • Support the Healthx customer success culture
  • Services delivery is generally expected to be on-site for 10-20% of the time


  • AGILE implementation experience preferred; passing a scrum/agile certification required within 6 months of employment 
  • 6-10 years Project Management experience required, 2 or more years working with enterprise clients 
  • Experience in project management of software product implementations at a software product company
  • Enterprise level customer experience preferred
  • PMP Certification desirable
