What we need:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of multiple concurrent Healthx solution implementations for new and existing customers. The Project Manager will guide the customer and Healthx team to a successful implementation by removing any roadblocks, facilitating meetings to complete tasks and objectives on time, and identify any risks/issues that could impact delivery. They will collaborate with multiple departments including professional services, sales and engineering to assure that customer’s expectations and requirements are being completed to allow them to achieve their strategic objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for the timeliness of implementation delivery and will lead internal teams and customer to meet project goals and deadlines.

Outcomes:

  • Direct accountability for the overall success of customer projects within their portfolio
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver against the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Play a key role in managing the customer relationship. Work closely with the customer daily to ensure project progress and maintain constant open communication
  • Communicate with customer in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project plan via Microsoft Project
  • Develop weekly status reports defined by the Healthx implementation methodology
  • Define, coordinate, and facilitate necessary meetings to accomplish project task and objectives efficiently
  • Collect and compile meeting documents to distribute both internally and to customer
  • Identify risks/issues and escalate to the necessary and appropriate team members and stakeholder
  • Drive Healthx implementations to completion by their expected go-live date
  • Support the Healthx customer success culture
  • Services delivery is generally expected to be on-site for 10-20% of the time

Competencies:

  • PMP Certification desirable
  • 3-5 years Project Management experience
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision to deliver high quality, on time deliverables
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with an approachable, team oriented mentality that drives results
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
  • Ability to make presentations to customers
  • Follow-through on commitments
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of the healthcare payers preferred
  • Understanding of agile methodology preferred
