What we need:

The Data integration Specialist main role is to support our clients and Healthx staff in troubleshooting and determining issues around the client’s data.  This role will use T-SQL programming skills to update, analyze and diagnose issues.  This role requires the ability to explain complicated problems to non-technical people so they will understand and support the solution.

Outcomes:

  • Lead data specification calls with potential or current client
  • Troubleshoot standard issues relating to clients’ data
  • Write T-SQL queries to answer difficult client requests
  • Update/create new SQL stored procedures following Healthx standards
  • Create and maintain support documentation for both customers and internal use
  • Use SQL profiler to determine and resolve issue
  • Understand the basics of ETL transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency around healthcare terminology and language

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • General Healthcare data knowledge
  • T-SQL programming experience
  • ETL experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Great attention to detail oriented tasks
  • Ability to analyze process and procedures to find efficient solutions
  • Ability to manage projects with limited guidance and prioritize based on urgency
  • Ability to work equally effectively as one part of a team-based project or as the primary resource
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required
  • Windows SQL Server Integration services experience a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce cases a plus
  • Python experience a plus
