What we need:

Healthx is looking for a Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to provide data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives. The Data Analyst serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users. In addition, this role will work with our Data Integration’s team to troubleshoot data issues within our system.

Outcomes:

  • Prepare data from different sources for analysis
  • Work with various departments to gather the requirements and create a spec
  • Build dashboards for stakeholders
  • Analyze demand and utilization
  • Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
  • Collaborate with operations and other analysts to understand business goals and requirements and compile datasets for cases from data ingestion to analysis, and reporting
  • Develop SQL queries for ad hoc requests and ongoing reporting for cases
  • Deliver process models and data models for target solutions
  • Identify process and system improvements
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
  • BI reporting experience in tools such as Tableau and Power BI and automation of these tools in a self-serving environment
  • Experienced in best practices & automation of report development including design, development
  • Basic understanding and familiar with system design and programming specifically in T-SQL, stored procedures, and SSIS packages (or other ETL tools)
  • Very high level of attention to detail
