Program Manager
Help us to create a marketplace for innovators, startups and healthcare organizations looking to work together to improve health and healthcare through leading tech innovations.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Project Management: Support the Senior Program Manager on a range of Catalyst innovation programs from end-to-end, including: researching the project and client, structuring the project, monitoring timelines, milestones, and progress, recruiting external service providers, and managing a multitude of interacting details on a day-to-day basis.
Client Advising: Interact with senior management and high-level client contacts, providing ongoing support, answering questions, troubleshooting, etc.
Proposal Writing: Write proposals for prospective clients, answer RFPs, create reports and project analysis.
Marketing: Market Catalyst to prospective clients and promote ongoing programs and projects to members of the health technology innovation community. Work with broader team to develop marketing collateral and website content, create press releases, write newsletters, blog postings, and dedicated marketing emails.
Other Tasks: We encourage all team members to be flexible in taking on new responsibilities. Given demand from our clients, new and creative projects will need attention from time to time.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years professional experience
Demonstrated experience in project management and a strong ability to juggle multiple assignments in a highly organized way
Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office incl. Excel, desk research)
Demonstrated experience in health care, health technology, clinical and/or health research settings
Knowledge on the digital health industry and healthcare innovation
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally represent Catalyst
Comfortable with working autonomously
Excellent detail orientation and verbal/written communication
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience at a startup/entrepreneurial environment is a plus
Highly motivated self-starter with genuine interest in improving health care through technology and innovation
