HLTH is seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, and results-oriented sales director. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to sell exhibit hall space and sponsorship opportunities for our inaugural event in Spring of 2018.  You will own and manage the entire sales lifecycle -- this position has overall responsibility to achieve exhibit hall sales and sponsorship sales goals for the business.  Exceptional candidates will always be considered, but our positioning in the digital health space makes having existing relationships with digital health companies extremely valuable.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies for the creation of new business opportunities and achieving the company’s revenue goals for both exhibit hall and sponsorship opportunities

  • Managing client expectations and insisting on leading the industry in customer satisfaction

  • Overseeing allocation of master booth space and floor plan updates.

  • Preparing sales reports and analysis to track current progress and future forecasts against revenue goals

  • Collaborating with entire team for the execution of the show.

  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

  • Compiling and understanding data related to customer and prospect interactions in order to improve sales processes

  • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and providing feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

  • Owning key customer relationships and participating in closing strategic opportunities throughout the year

  • Traveling to competitive events for in-person meetings with customers and partners in order to develop key relationships
