Hartizen Homes is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Sales & Marketing Representative for our brand-new townhome community located in Harmony, FL. We hire responsible people and give them freedom to use their talents.

At Hartizen Homes, a Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for working with potential homebuyers and guiding them through the entire home purchase process, achieving community sales goals, and managing all daily community sales office operations. This includes generating traffic, marketing activities, and serving as the main point of contact to deliver an excellent customer experience from a customer’s first visit through move-in.

Primary responsibilities would also include:

  • Greet customers, identify their homebuying needs and match with our product offering
  • Maintain and develop marketing materials and other point of sale materials
  • Provide model home demonstrations to all prospects focusing on their needs
  • Utilize sales and marketing resources to achieve the sales and closing goals
  • Manage the model homes to ensure they meet company expectations/standards and ensure the model is in top working order
  • Be knowledgeable regarding mortgage and financing information
  • Effectively communicate to the potential homebuyer regarding financing, tax savings, community information, and home specifications
  • Manage the contract administration of the purchase agreement including the selection sheet and other details
  • Work in partnership with your Construction Project Manager to ensure you deliver an excellent customer experience from sale to settlement.
  • Monitor and help facilitate the loan approval process
  • Develop new prospects through a wide range of marketing techniques including social media, direct mail, events, emails, and phone calls
  • Keep abreast of competitors and maintain current information on all competitors in regard to pricing, product and marketing strategies
  • Be knowledgeable and comply with the Fair Housing Act
  • Understand and embody the company's culture

Position requirements for this role include:

  • Florida Real Estate License Required
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience and ability to uncover customer needs required
  • Two to three years of new homes sales experience with a reputable builder and a solid track record preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, knowledge of social media
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter possessing strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work weekends
  • Bilingual preferred
