Within the employment law practice, the attorney may help provide counsel and advice about employment law obligations such as anti-discrimination law requirements, leave and accommodation requests, and wage and hour compliance; conduct workplace investigations and trainings; develop and review employment policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements; and provide guidance and craft strategies for handling complicated employee matters. We are interested in candidates who share our public interest orientation and who are looking for a position that has the possibility for growth and increasing assumption of responsibility.

Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle complicated matters with supervision. Candidates should be able to work both independently and as part of a group, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable managing multiple and varied client requests, and be able to quickly digest and provide advice regarding new state and federal laws.
