We’re hiring our first Product Manager to bridge enterprise customers and engineering at a 19-person seed-stage company.

Requirements

5–10 years of product management, with 5+ in enterprise/B2B software (DevOps, security, infra, or data analytics).

Strong customer-facing experience: demos, discovery, post-sale expansion.

Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable engineering briefs.

Bonus: built products from scratch or worked in regulated industries.

Tech Stack

Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, APIs, Data pipelines, RBAC/Auth systems

What You’ll Do

Run tailored enterprise demos that win deals.

Own customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale growth.

Partner with CEO/CTO/engineering to define requirements.

Build quick prototypes with AI coding tools.

Manage multiple enterprise engagements seamlessly.

Drive roadmap insights from customer patterns.

Own critical product areas: auth, RBAC, workflows, data governance.
