Position Title: SAP/EWM Warehouse JIT & Outbound Logistics Sr. Associate / Associate
Location: Lebanon, IN (On-Site)
12 months contract
Shift: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Position Overview
The Warehouse JIT & Outbound Logistics Process Associate is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving warehouse processes that support efficient material movement between the central warehouse and manufacturing nodes at the Lebanon API Plant (LP1). This role focuses on seamless integration with manufacturing operations, adherence to CQV requirements, digital systems integration (SAP/EWM/MES), and the development of kitting and outbound logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize material kitting workflows to support accurate and efficient material transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align kitting and transfer processes with manufacturing schedules and storage capacity.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for warehouse kitting and transfer activities.
- Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for warehouse systems and processes.
- Ensure all warehouse and transfer processes comply with GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive digital system integration with Client technologies (e.g., Tulip, MES, SAP/EWM) to support automated and paperless material tracking.
- Work with IT and operations teams to implement and validate system interfaces for kitting, transfers, and outbound logistics.
- Define user requirements for SAP/EWM related to kitting, inventory management, transfers, and shipping.
- Train warehouse staff on SAP/EWM processes.
- Monitor SAP for outbound shipping requests and ensure accurate, timely execution.
- Analyze logistics and shipping data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Initiate and manage change controls for process and system upgrades.
- Champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments, warehouse kitting, material transfer, or outbound logistics.
- Familiarity with CQV processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in SAP/EWM with working knowledge of MES systems.
- 3–5 years of experience designing or supervising logistics operations, particularly material flow across multiple process steps.
