We’re seeking a detail-driven QA Digital Project Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across digital transformation projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on QA expertise with strategic project management, ensuring high-quality delivery of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting across multiple digital projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation strategies
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery or quality
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across QA and project workflows

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA and project management roles
• Proven success managing digital projects (web, mobile, cloud-based platforms)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools (manual and automated testing)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, TestRail, or similar
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA five days a week

🌟 Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or financial services environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
