Client seeking a Sr. PM who would be running a team at VP-level that would run the division, and if coming in at the VP level, additional business development responsibilities and a larger bonus.
Bonus will be based off certain benchmarks that would be defined and agreed upon.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, providing technical guidance, QA/QC oversight, and design feedback.
- Oversee industrial projects (primarily 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in land/site development engineering (public and private).
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
