AI-Enabled Transformation Leader

Role Summary

The Program Intelligence Lead drives complex transformation initiatives by combining senior program leadership with advanced AI-enabled delivery intelligence. This role is accountable for accelerating decisions, illuminating risks early, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and vendors. Unlike traditional project managers, this leader focuses on insight, orchestration, and executive clarity — not tool administration or documentation management.

AI is not a support function in this role — it is a force multiplier. The Program Intelligence Lead must be fluent in leveraging generative AI platforms and agent-based workflows to enhance speed, foresight, and execution certainty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation initiatives with a focus on decision velocity and business impact
  • Surface material risks before milestone impact and escalate early when needed
  • Frame governance discussions around trade-offs and actions, not status updates
  • Translate delivery signals into clear executive narratives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
  • Use AI-generated insights to improve forecasting, risk detection, and mitigation planning

AI & Intelligence Fluency (Core Requirement)

The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, including:

  • Structured, iterative use of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and similar enterprise AI platforms
  • Designing high-quality prompts to generate structured analysis, executive briefs, and risk scenarios
  • Validating and refining AI outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Embedding AI into operational workflows to reduce administrative burden
  • Experience using or developing AI agents to automate signal detection, reporting synthesis, or decision support processes
  • Comfort working within human-in-the-loop governance models in regulated environments

This role requires operational AI fluency — not theoretical understanding.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience in multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery environments
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated courage in escalating risks early and challenging ambiguity
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • Risks are surfaced earlier and mitigated proactively
  • Governance forums are sharper, shorter, and decision-driven
  • Reporting effort decreases while insight quality increases
  • Program span of control expands through intelligent automation
  • Stakeholders experience clarity, not noise
