🚀 Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives for a major retail client. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across merchandising, operations, and customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for enterprise reporting and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define roadmap and priorities
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and SQL
  • Drive adoption of Gen AI tools for predictive insights and automation
  • Lead Agile sprint cycles, manage Jira boards, and ensure timely delivery
  • Champion data governance practices using Collibra and ensure compliance across reporting layers
  • Partner with retail domain experts to align analytics with business KPIs

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years in Product Management focused on reporting/analytics
  • 5+ years leading data-centric initiatives in enterprise environments
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks (ETL, SQL-based data warehouses)
  • 4+ years recent experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Demonstrated use cases involving Gen AI tools for analytics or automation
  • 2+ years building dashboards and reports in Tableau and ThoughtSpot
  • 3+ years working in Agile sprint development cycles
  • Familiarity with Jira, Collibra, and enterprise data governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and metrics
