Role: Pega Senior Business Analyst

Location: New Jersey (Local to NJ Preferred – Onsite Visits Required)

Duration : 6-12 months

2 Position: Pega Senior Business Analyst Pega Junior Business Analyst

Project Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will provide direct support to the Contractor’s Project Manager and serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functional aspects under the maintenance and support agreement.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct weekly status meetings with NJDEP stakeholders

Provide functional support throughout the Requirements Definition process

Author Detailed Design documentation

Provide functional expertise during Development and Testing phases

Support system integration, upgrades, and migration initiatives

Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Minimum Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Experience (Minimum 3 Years in Each Area)

Supporting environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local)

Supporting or conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

Working with Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software

Required Certifications

Certified Business Architect – Pega 7 (or newer)

Certified Product Owner – SCRUM Agile Methodology

Pega 8.6 Platform

Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5

Java, jTAP, JavaScript, AJAX

Sybase Power Designer 15.3

Oracle 12c (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers)

On-Premise and Cloud Infrastructure

Tableau

Business Objects Reporting

JIRA
