The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Architect to join our dynamic team. In this W2 role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft-based solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. Your expertise will guide the technical direction of our Microsoft services, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises infrastructures.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development and operations teams.
• Assess and optimize existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Ensure robust security and compliance in all Microsoft environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technology architecture and implementations.
• Strong expertise in Azure services, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-level Windows Server environments.
• Proven experience with PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
