About the Role Join our Foundation team to keep systems reliable and developers productive. You’ll design and maintain infrastructure that supports millions in mortgage transactions, improve developer workflows, and set engineering standards across the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability of critical systems
- Build tools to speed up deploys, tests, and builds
- Maintain code quality and mentor engineers
- Respond to incidents and prevent future issues
- Deliver improvements with direct feedback from peers
Tech Stack AWS, TypeScript, Graphite, Honeycomb, GitHub Codespaces, Temporal.io, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AI-driven tooling
Requirements
- 1–4 years SWE experience
- Strong in TypeScript + one backend language
- Experience with infrastructure, cloud, scaling, or integrations
- Nice to have: AWS backend, Postgres, GraphQL, microservices
