๐ŸŒŸ About the Opportunity

We are seeking an E-commerce Personalization Architect to take ownership of designing and implementing a personalization framework across the full customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how customers engage with search, product discovery, recommendations, targeted content, and A/B testing.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement personalization strategies across e-commerce touchpoints: search, product discovery, recommendations, and targeted content.

  • Design and optimize A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve customer engagement and conversion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to align personalization initiatives with business goals.

  • Evaluate and integrate enterprise e-commerce platforms and personalization tools.

  • Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of personalization frameworks.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation.

๐ŸŽฏ Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Proven experience with ATG, WebSphere Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong background in personalization, recommendation engines, and customer journey optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with creativity and foresight in designing scalable solutions.

  • Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA (preferred).
