Business Analyst: W2 role (Medical Device)

Role : Business Analyst

Onsite in Indianola, PA (Pittsburg, PA Area)

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years Business Analyst

• REAQUIRED: strong background in Med Tech, Medical Device or Life Science industry.

• Manage stakeholders and requirements, engaging with senior leadership.

• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud-based solutions, and digital service offerings is a plus.

• Diagraming tools like Visio or Draw.io

• basic networking and cybersecurity

• modeling techniques (data flow diagrams, flowcharts, UML, BPMN)

• Knowledge of IEC 62304 and IEC 60601

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in the Medical Device or Life Science industry.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and requirements, with experience engaging with senior leadership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud-based solutions, and digital service offerings is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with diagraming tools like Visio or Draw.io

• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity needs
