Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in property management and hotel management. We are a privately held management firm, with our corporate offices located in Northern California. Our organization consists of several management companies.  Our property management company oversees a diversified portfolio of client-owned real estate properties, including holdings in the Retail, Multi-Family Residential, Office, and Industrial markets.  Separately, we have a hospitality management company which operates a high-growth chain of hotels across the United States.  Finally, our newest venture involves the management of a sports complex which provides specialty high-performance athletic training.  

As part of the Hall Equities Group portfolio, Britton Place is a new multi-family project located in the Hawks Prairie neighborhood in Lacey, Washington. This is a 192-unit complex with studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.



We are looking for an experienced full-time Seasonal Leasing Agent who is energetic, outgoing, and motivated maintain leasing for our nationwide multi-family portfolio. The Leasing Agent is the property’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Candidate must be very customer service oriented in order to promote a welcoming environment for current and prospective residents to feel comfortable in their community. 



  • Initial lease up and ongoing leasing by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional, and customer relation skills as approved by management.

  • Know and present the features and benefits of the property at all times.

  • Develop and maintain positive tenant relations by providing outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving any customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Must have complete knowledge of Fair Housing Compliance laws or attend Fair Housing Training within the first 90 days of employment.

  • Must have complete knowledge of lease contract, application and other addenda.

  • Must have complete knowledge of Hall Equities Group policy and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Operations Manual.

  • Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet.

  • Inspect models and make ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call whether it is a prospect call, irate resident, service request, etc.

  • Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences, professionally present the community and specific apartment(s) while pointing out features and benefits.

  • Perform outreach marketing duties and other duties as assigned by supervisor.



  • 2 years’ experience in previous, relevant customer service field.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

  • Maintain good leasing and closing skills, being and staying organized, possessing basic computer skills and a good overall attitude.

  • Eager to grow and advance your career in multi-family rental income management.

  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Speed, efficiency, the ability to multi-task multiple projects, and work under a deadline.
