Project Manager

We are seeking a project manager to join our growing company. As a project manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously on the Operations team and ensure that all deadlines are met.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time

• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants

• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities

• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully

• Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise

• Optimize project deliverables and schedule

• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status

• Help us document and create processes, analyze data and help the team create reports and dashboards for external and internal stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

• 2-3 years of project management experience required

• Proven ability to learn quickly, utilize new software, and adapt to internal processes.

• SAAS implementation experience is a plus

• PMP Certification is required

• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent preferred

• Green Belt or any Six Sigma certification preferred

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• You thrive under ambiguity and are able to apply critical thinking to new unsolved questions

• You take a problem-solving approach to everything and know how to put your business judgment and strategic thinking to work in a fast-paced field
