WHO YOU ARE

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a product management role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS company or a technology-enabling software company
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, engineering, or technical majors preferred
  • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating excellent software products
  • A strategic thinker who dreams big but knows how to execute practically
  • A creative problem solver who approaches challenges with a solutions-first mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored to different audiences and contexts
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces learning and iteration
  • A proactive, forward-thinking attitude with a strong sense of ownership

A plus:

  • SCRUM certification
  • Experience working on e-commerce or AI-powered solutions


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Craft comprehensive PRDs, user stories with clear, detailed acceptance criteria to guide development
  • Analyze existing product functionality to proactively identify usability gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Work with engineering teams to manage and support product launches
  • Become a product expert and help train internal teams while demoing new features
  • Manage expectations and timelines for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead special projects, ensuring deliverables stay on track across teams and business units
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between leadership, product design, business, and technical teams
  • Identify and address risks or challenges uncovered during development and implementation
  • Constantly look outward for best practices, new ideas, and innovations that could elevate haku’s products
